The app provides tools for preparing dining reservation requests.
A reservation request prepared through the app does not represent an automatically confirmed restaurant booking.
When you choose to continue with a request, the app may prepare an email containing the information you entered and open an installed email application on your device.

You must review and send the email yourself through your chosen email application.

The app does not intentionally provide user-entered reservation information to image providers.
Any third-party provider integrated into the released application should also be reflected accurately in the app's Google Play Data safety declaration where required. Google specifically requires developers to account for data practices of third-party SDKs and libraries included in their apps.

Advertising
The current Deer Valley Restaurant app is not designed around behavioral advertising.
If advertising or an advertising SDK is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety section must be updated to accurately describe the resulting data collection or sharing before that version is released.
Analytics
The current app design does not require a dedicated behavioral analytics platform.
If analytics, crash-reporting, or similar SDKs are added in the future, their data practices must be disclosed in this Privacy Policy and in Google Play's Data safety section where applicable.
